Every solution Agentics deliver is custom-built through our DARE to Deploy AI™ process, tailored precisely to your needs, systems, and goals. But while your project is unique, our pricing principles are simple, transparent, and designed to give you complete control and confidence.
£495 Audit & Proposal Fee
At the end of our our discovery call, if we feel we are a good fit and you wish to consider taking us on as your AI Integration Partner, you’ll be invited to book a full audit of your existing workflows, systems, and AI integration opportunities. After which you will receive a detailed proposal for our AI partnership. Should you wish to partner with us, the £495 fee will be credited to your account.

Once approved, your project moves into build. Costs vary depending on scope, but all projects follow this payment structure:

After deployment, we continue to support and improve your Automations and AI agents. This monthly fee includes:

Usage-Based AI Fees
In addition to development and management, usage costs are charged based on actual AI activity:
